Over my time as a host I have done a lot of research accross all the platforms on how each platforms listing algorithm works. While nobody knows the true workings of each algorithm, much research has been done on the best methods to follow. Are you already live on listing sites? I will take your provided text and photos and get you listed and live on Airbnb and VRBO and synchronize your calendars.

You get me pictures and that is all, I will handle the rest. I will create a crafted heading, listing description, nearby surroundings, and optimize your listing for search results. Will synchronize calendars if on multiple platforms.

Manage prices/promotions, constant listing optimizations to increase occupancy - 10% of BnR
Manage prices/promotions, constant listing optimizations to increase occupancy and guest communication - 15% of BnR
Manage prices/promotions, constant listing optimizations to increase occupancy, guest communication, coordination of cleaning crew and handyman services - 25% of BnR

There is a lot to unpack here, but basically I can handle as much or as little as you need. Custom packages are available and negotiable.
