ABOUT US

Our journey started on a trip to Branson, MO in 2019 where we stayed at an AirBnB. On the way home we discussed the possibilities of adding real estate assets and have the renters buy it for us. That was the business goal. After 3 years of thinking, planning, deciding not to and repeating those steps over and over we finally decided to pull the trigger in the fall of 2022 and purchase our first condo in Branson. Now we are up to 5 units and counting. We love visiting as well as sharing our properties with travelers. We are truly enjoying this business experience and hope to add more properties and markets in the future.

Justin is an IT Director at a critical access hospital in Albion, NE and in his spare time he enjoys spending time with the kids, golfing, rooting for his favorite sports teams and if there's any time left building on the business as he follows his real estate passion.

Rachelle is a stay at home mother of 4 beautiful children. When she's not cooking and baking for 6, cleaning the house or doing laundry she enjoys getting out of the house for any family activity. She also assists Justin with important business decisions.

Together we are enjoying the process of enjoying family time and building a better future for our children.
